Refund Policy

This policy explains how WritingSignal intends to review payment problems, service-delivery failures, and refund requests for prepaid plans.

Professional Review Required
This is a substantive pre-launch draft based on WritingSignal's implemented architecture. It is not yet legally effective and does not invent an operating entity, jurisdiction, certification, or compliance guarantee.

1. Prepaid Access

WritingSignal plans are currently prepaid through NOWPayments cryptocurrency invoices and do not renew automatically. Card checkout may be offered later. A plan or Starter Humanizer add-on activates only after the relevant signed payment notification and transaction details are verified.

2. Payment or Access Problems

Contact support@writingsignal.com if a completed payment was charged more than once, applied to the wrong WritingSignal offer, or did not provide the purchased access after payment verification. Include the safe WritingSignal payment reference shown in the account, not wallet keys, seed phrases, or full payment credentials.

WritingSignal will investigate its own payment-order and entitlement records and may coordinate with NOWPayments, or with Paystack when card checkout is enabled, if provider confirmation is needed.

3. Failed Product Requests

A failed or rejected Detector or Humanizer request does not consume final word usage. Its word reservation is released. This usage restoration is separate from a plan refund.

4. Crypto Payment Limitations

Blockchain transfers, exchange-rate changes, payment-provider charges, and network fees may be outside WritingSignal's control and may not be reversible by WritingSignal. Users must verify the selected asset, network, amount, and destination shown by the hosted provider before sending payment.

5. Refund Eligibility

Duplicate charges, verified WritingSignal access failures, and other service-delivery errors will be reviewed in good faith. Refunds for unused prepaid access, accidental purchases, partial use, promotional offers, and regional consumer rights require final business and legal rules that will be shown before public sales.

Review Item: The request window, refund method, crypto conversion method, processing time, exclusions, taxes, and non-waivable regional consumer rights must be approved before this policy becomes effective.
